In accordance to the specifications of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 regarding the Protection of Personal Details, the National Alzheimer’s Association (AFALcontigo) informs you that the personal details provided voluntarily in this form, together with those acquired during the duration of your adherence to the Association, will be included in automated records belonging to the Association. They will be treated and registered before the competent Authorities with the objective of giving and offering you our services.
